Omni Management Corp in West Orange, NJ, was formed in 1993 by its founding partners, previous Regional Vice Presidents at Primerica Financial Services, formerly A.L. Williams. Their idea was to structure a company that would provide various financial services in one location under one umbrella. Our founding partners joined Primerica in 1988, shortly after graduating from college. Their goal was to become new entrepreneurs, be their own bosses, and gain their financial freedom. After five years at Primerica, they had worked up to leadership positions where they recruited, trained, and developed a team of sales managers to distribute insurance and investment products to American and Canadian families.

In 1993, after gaining enough knowledge, college degrees, and work experience, our founding partners founded Omni Management Corp to expand their horizons and provide a brighter financial future for themselves and their families. Over the years, they have built Omni under a business principle prioritizing their client’s interests, with their employees coming second and the owners following. They felt that the employees would be happy and rewarded if the clients were satisfied. They based their success on their community reputation, honesty, and professionalism.

Since its inception, Omni has proven itself to be a success story in our three branch offices in West Orange, Bloomfield, and Maplewood, NJ, managed by Marc Julceus, Allrich Rejouis, and Jacob Vital. Omni is licensed to do business in all 50 states as IRS Enrolled Agents. Our tax clientele includes over 5,000 families, with our tax and accounting services extending to more than 20 states. We also provide accounting, bookkeeping services, money transfers, and audit representation.
